Helmet Certification and Jurisdiction Compliance
PIKIO helmets are certified to meet CPSC 16 CFR 1203 safety standards applicable to bicycle helmets in the United States and Canada.
If you purchase or use this helmet in another jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to ensure that the helmet complies with local laws, regulations, and certification requirements applicable in your region. PIKIO LABS Inc. makes no representation that the helmet complies with safety standards outside the jurisdictions in which it has been certified.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or errors in pricing or product information.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Crash Replacement and Warranty
Products sold by PIKIO LABS Inc. may be eligible for our Crash Replacement Program and Limited Warranty, which are governed by their respective policy pages on this website. Those policies form part of these Terms of Service.
Helmet Use Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
Cycling and other activities involving helmets carry inherent risks.
No helmet can prevent head injuries, brain injuries, concussions, paralysis, or death. Serious injury or fatality may occur even when a helmet is properly worn and secured.
PIKIO LABS Inc. cannot and does not warrant that any person who experiences a collision, fall, or other impact while wearing a helmet equipped with OBLIK technology will avoid concussion or any other injury.
No representation is made that this helmet will perform effectively under all impact conditions. Impact conditions vary widely and are influenced by numerous factors beyond the control of PIKIO LABS Inc.
By using this helmet, the user acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with cycling or similar activities, including the risk of serious bodily injury or death.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PIKIO LABS Inc. disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this helmet.
