At PIKIO LABS, we design helmets for riders who push their limits. While we hope you never experience a crash, our Crash Replacement Program is here to support you if you do.
If your helmet is damaged in a crash within the first year after purchase, we will offer a replacement helmet at a 40% discount. Helmets returned through this program also help us learn from real-world impacts and improve future helmet designs.
How to Request a Replacement
• Contact us or one of our authorized retailers within one year of your original purchase.
• Provide proof of purchase, a brief description of the incident, and photos to help us understand the circumstances.
• If the conditions are met, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged helmet.
• Once we receive your helmet, we will send you a code that gives you 30% off the price of a new helmet of the same or a similar model.
• If your original helmet colour or model is out of stock, we will extend the crash replacement discount to an available alternative colour or model.

• To help riders stay protected. Helmets should always be replaced after a crash, and we want to make that process easier and more affordable.
• To advance helmet development. Returned helmets help us study real-world impacts and refine our designs.
Program Guidelines
• The program covers helmets damaged in actual riding crashes. It does not apply to damage from drops, transport, or misuse.
• The program provides one replacement per helmet.
• The program is valid for the original owner with proof of purchase.
