Helmet Certification
PIKIO helmets are certified to meet CPSC 16 CFR 1203 bicycle helmet safety standards applicable in Canada and the United States.
Customers purchasing or using the product outside these jurisdictions are responsible for ensuring that the product complies with any applicable laws, safety standards, or certification requirements in their country.
Customs and Import Regulations
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import regulations in the destination country.
PIKIO LABS is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery restrictions imposed by customs authorities. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customs regulations or refusal by the recipient, return shipping costs or related fees may apply.
