Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for helmets purchased directly from our website.
- The helmet must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Each order qualifies for one return or exchange, and PIKIO LABS will cover the return shipping cost for that transaction.
- A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at support@pikiolabs.com to request a Return Shipping Label and authorization.
Securely package the helmet with all original materials and return it in the original product box for the best protection during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Additional Information
Items purchased from third-party retailers or distributors must be returned directly to the original place of purchase, as they are not covered under this policy.
